Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field preferred.

Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience working with Deltek CostPoint in a federal contracting environment.

Extensive knowledge of all Deltek CostPoint modules, including People, Time & Expense, Accounting, Projects, and Material Management.

Strong understanding of system configuration, security roles, and workflow automation within Deltek CostPoint.

Experience with data migrations, system integrations, and reporting tools.

Ability to troubleshoot system issues and provide effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

Knowledge of federal compliance requirements, including FAR, DCAA, and GAAP, is highly desirable.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
